KYC Verification Process

Withdrawing your winnings from bd jl is straightforward and transparent. The following conditions must be met:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳5,00,000
• Processing is typically completed within 1–24 hours.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.

Withdrawal Requirements

KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Bonus funds require the specified wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit — this is an international requirement to prevent money laundering.

Bd jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a user is suspected of abusing the bonus system, bd jl may investigate and take appropriate action.

The following general rules apply when placing bets on bd jl:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bd jl reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Pre-match bets placed after a match has started may be voided.
• Odds in live betting change rapidly. bd jl is not responsible for any discrepancies caused by latency.

If a match is cancelled or postponed

If an event is cancelled or does not start at the scheduled time, all bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes refunded. For Single bets, the full stake will be returned. For combo/accumulator bets, the odds for that specific event will be calculated as 1.00.

Disputed Results

In the event of any dispute over a result, bd jl follows the official decision of the relevant international sports authority. In all cases, the decision of bd jl management is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd jl platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets artificially to exploit the bonus system (Bonus Abuse).
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or causing harm to other users.

Bd jl reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• For regulatory or legal reasons.

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned once all pending bets are settled and applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Bd jl is not liable for losses arising from technical issues, internet disconnection, or third-party service failures. However, if a loss occurs due to a fault on our end, bd jl will make every effort to resolve it in a fair and cooperative manner.
